Rocket Camp
As part of the "Totally Tech Zone" summer camp at the Leavenworth County Fairgrounds, 15 campers recently spent a week learning about rockets, robots and planes.
Victoria Thompson, 9, Leavenworth, launches the rocket she made during the "Totally Tech Zone" space camp. Each of the 15 campers participating in the camp made a rocket during the weeklong event. The rockets were launched at the end of the week.
