Dogs Break Out
Through the Safe Harbor Prison Dogs program, canines are given an opportunity to break out into the world with new familes. Trained by inmates at Lansing State Correctional, these loveable mutts become available through adoption for the general public.
Bailey and Hailey play together one last time before they are adopted out to each of their new families.
