Dolled Up For Sale April 4, 2006
A large collection of more than 1,000 dolls from an estate sale will be offered to the public this weekend at The Doll Cradle in Shawnee. The dolls are from 40-plus years of collecting by the western Kansas owner. In addition, many jewerly, silver and other items will be up for sale.

The collection at the Doll Cradle estate sale includes French-made "Jumeau" dolls with all-wood bodies.
Among the articles included in the estate sale at the Doll Cradle is a large selection of silverware and silver items.

Belle Curry of Overland Park goes over many of the jewerly items and tags them for the estate sale.
A vast collection of jewerly is offered in the estate sale as well. This sterling siver broach has a small painted picture on it.
