Jane F. Cree 1924 - 2008 McLouth

Services for Jane F. Cree, 84, McLouth, Kan., were Tuesday, June 10, at Tonganoxie Christian Church, with burial in Stony Point Cemetery, Kansas City, Kan.
Mrs. Cree died Saturday, June 7, 2008, at Tonganoxie Nursing Center.
She was born Feb. 15, 1924, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Gordon and Lida (Sloan) Hester. She had been a church secretary for Stony Point Christian Church and sold Avon products.
She married John W. Cree on Sept. 14, 1953, in Emporia. He survives, of the home.
Other survivors include two daughters, Debbie Bowen and Cindy Overbaugh, both of McLouth; a sister, Nancy Euritt, Gladstone, Mo.; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
The family suggests memorials to Tonganoxie Christian Church, sent in care of the funeral home, 604 E. Fourth St., Tonganoxie, KS 66086.
