The Legends at Village West is hosting its second season of "Live at The Legends," the shopping center's summer concert series, which is free to the public.

New this year is the Wonderscope Kids Zone, from The Wonderscope Children's Museum, Shawnee, Kan. The Kids Zone will provide free hands-on programs during each concert.

The concert series kicks off with a special daytime concert on Memorial Day from noon to 3 p.m. The series continues through Labor Day with concerts every Saturday evening in June, July and August from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The concerts will take place on the west side of the center courtyard fountain near The Legends 14 Theatre. The series of musical performances will include a mix of jazz, blues, soft rock, reggae and pop.
